PageDrop provides a web-based landing page builder that allows users to create, customize, and publish landing pages. The Service includes hosting for pages created using our platform.

3. Payment Terms

PageDrop operates on a one-time payment model. Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to create and host one landing page. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You are responsible for all content published through your landing pages and must ensure it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using PageDrop. You may export your code at any time. PageDrop retains ownership of the platform, tools, and underlying technology.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted pages. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

PageDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
